My name is Travis Archer. As a grief and trauma-informed counsellor, I am dedicated to providing a compassionate and safe space where you can heal, regain balance, and find strength amid life’s challenges. Together, we can rebuild life, discovering purpose, meaning, and even healing in whatever you are or have gone through.

    50 minute session: $70

    Individual counselling sessions are designed to address your specific concerns and help you navigate life's challenges. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, my aim is to empower you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.

  • Couples and Families

    80 minute session: $90

    Couples, Family, and Group counselling focuses on enhancing communication, building trust, and strengthening relationships. I provide a neutral and supportive environment for couples, families or groups to address conflicts, improve intimacy, and foster a deeper connections or understanding.

  • FREE Consultation

    15 minute consultation: FREE

    Many men and women give a lot to our communities and one of the ways that I want to say thank you for their service is by offering reduced rate counselling services to these individuals as they are often on the frontlines of some of the hardest and most brutal parts of society.

    Each session is personalized to address specific concerns of each unique client designed to promote overall well-being.

  • During a counselling session with me, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I listen attentively while offering guidance as we work collaboratively. exploring solutions that promote your health and healing.

  • I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and many private insurance providers may reimburse your counselling sessions.

    I do provide receipts for sessions that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

    I do not do any direct billing for counselling services. Please check with your insurance provider to determine if professional counselling services are covered under your current policy.

    My desire. is to provide affordable counselling options to try and make counselling accessible for everyone.

  • Yes, I offer counselling to anyone. My focus has been on providing counselling to individuals that are working through grief and/or trauma. However, I have had extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and addiction.
